BiographyBorn in Ponce, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Puerto Rico and studied painting at the Art Students League in New York, the Grande Chaumiere Academy in Paris, and the School of Fine Arts in Florence. She has had one-person shows in the leading galleries of San Juan, Washington, D.C., New York, and other U.S. cities. She participated in the I Biennial of Mexico City.
