    DescriptionTwo daguerreotypes, one of an unidentified man and the other of an unidentified woman, inset together in a gutta percha union case made by Littlefield, Parsons & Co. The inside lid of the case has an embossed purple velvet lining cushion with a floral and arabesque design. The front and back covers of the case have a molded design of a woman holding a child, seated out of doors next to a cradle and large seated dog.
