DescriptionThe bush cow is one of the most bellicose animals in the forest. According to Guro legend this mask was stolen by a hunter from its animal owners and brought into the village so that humans could use its magic. It represents the highest authority in the community and sanctions decisions by the council of elders (the Guro have no chiefs).
